Chocolate Protein Snack Bars
Mmmm... More chocolately goodness! Perfect to serve to guests or as a grab-n-go snack!
> Makes 12 servings, 1 bar each
2 scoops Chocolate Shakeology OR 1 scoop chocolate & 1 scoop vanilla
1.5 cups quick-cooking old-fashioned rolled oats
1/2 cup nuts (peanuts, pecans, walnuts, almonds)
1/2 cup raisins
3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/3 cup all-natural creamy peanut butter
1. Combine & mix the first 4 ingredients
2. Add in milk & peanut butter & mix together
3. Press into an 8x8 inch pan & refrigerate for 3 hours
4. Cut & serve!
