I love Insanity because it helped me to lose more than 100 pounds! I became an Instructor & Coach because I wanted to help others realize the same success by getting healthy, fit & believeing in themselves again!
What is Insanity?
Insanity is a total body workout that incorporates cardio, endurance, plyometrics, strength, balance, agility, coordination, abs, & core, all into a 30-50 minute class! It helps you build muscle & burn fat… all at the same time!
Insanity was developed by Shaun T. & incorporates the premise of Max Interval Training (or HIIT - High Intensity Interval Training). This means that you keep your body working at maximum capacity throughout your entire workout, exercising in 2-3 minute blocks & taking only short breaks to gulp water & get back to it. The best part is that since you spend most of your time at a higher intensity, you don’t need as much time at lower intensities.

While the DVDs are totally insane & quite challenging, this class is slightly different becasue you have a live instructor, to motivate you & help you out along the way. Classes can be made as easy (or as challenging) as you need them to be, by providing modifications so that anyone can perform the exercises based on your own fitness level!
